We take the ideas of the client and propose implementation options. We visualize the state of planning with high-resolution photo-realistic images of a 3D model in which existing and planned facilities and furnishings are integrated (A4 glossy prints and / or Email).

Considerations for the project can be discussed on-site or over the 3D model in real time. Expected costs are always in focus. If a decision level is reached, we offer a preview of the current plan as a video tour of the finished space.

This process is repeated until the client sees his ideas implemented optimally.

We analyze the requirements for the conversion work and break them down into individual tasks. From this, we formulate requests for offerings and specifications for tenders, with which we turn to suitable companies.

The 3D model and the visualizations make the requirements clear. Planning errors and misunderstandings are avoided and the demands for the realization are uniquely determined. This promotes optimal implementation and prevents subsequent conflicts.

We evaluate the obtained offerings and prepare them for the meeting with the client / building owner. If necessary, certain aspects are negociated again.

The orders are prepared by us, discussed, and the builder / building owner will then order from the companies and vendors awarded.

In this context, the logistical planning is considered and a cash flow plan is created.

Now comes the execution directing and monitoring under terms of quality and timing. Photographic documentation of the work is included in our services to justify for claiming improvements or repair of damage caused by the contractors, or reductions in the price agreed.
